Located in Hawaiian Acres, 11 miles south of Hilo, our Cedar Log Bed and Breakfast is nestled among the Ohia trees on the slope of Kilauea Volcano. Just a short drive from both Hilo town and Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. DA LOG HOUSE is situated in a Hawaiian community where you can kick back and relax in a quaint and rustic atmosphere.
Enjoy your authentic Hawaiian vacation where your day starts with a beautiful sunrise and a breakfast consisting of local fruits and local favorites. Your hosts, Susi who is of German and French descent and Daniel who is Hawaiian, speak German and French. We can assist you with sightseeing activities and any other travel related needs.

The suite is located on the second floor with a king-size bed and its own private bath. This dormered suite offers views of the Puna coast on one side and our beautiful Ohia trees on the other. Small refrigerator and satellite TV.
